He truly gave 100% of himself and did whatever he could to help out. He even came out and helped move us! What real estate agent do you know that does that? I can't say that he would do that every time, but just to prove our point that he's caring and compassionate and gives 100%. Not to mention, when he lists your home, he offers a Home Warranty to the buyer. What great assurance and peace of mind that is! Additionally, we had to have work done in our old house to get it ready to sell. He provided us with reputable names of contractors that were able to help us at reasonable rates. Like my first sale in 2016, this one would not have closed without her perseverance, creativity, and extraordinary effort. She is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. This sale was for undeveloped land. As is well known, sales of raw land can be quite challenging. Buyers must be able to imagine their vision for the property—things like how they will use it and, in most cases, how they might build a home or cabin. For many buyers, financing is another challenge. Having an agent that understands land values—being able to assess how a bank might measure the risk in issuing a mortgage—is a huge plus for a seller. Lori does this. Then there is the issue of being available to show the property. Frequently because land is sold at a price much lower than applies to existing housing, agents’ make less of an effort to close a sale. Lori treated my sale as if it was her only listing and I was her only customer. When a buyer wanted to see the property at an inconvenient time, she found the time to make the meeting. She also provide invaluable in helping out-of-towners to understand the region, something essential in buyers getting to the comfort necessary to make an offer.
